Global eTelecom Announces Several New Promotions in its Management Staff

DESTIN, FL - Global eTelecom, Inc., the national leader in Electronic Payment Processing announced several new promotions within its management staff predicated by its continued rapid growth in the exploding electronic payment industry. The new management members assumed their new duties on January 1, 2002.

The additions to management are as follows: Chris Brundage has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Brundage was formerly Director of Sales and Marketing; Noble Wyninegar has been promoted to Vice President of Finance, Mr. Wyninegar was formerly Associate Vice President of Risk Management; and Brian Frantz has been promoted to Vice President of Information and Technology, Mr. Frantz was formerly Project Engineer and head of Global eTelecom's software development team.
