Global eTelecom Announces Appointment of Justin Clark, CPA as Vice President of Finance
Destin, Florida Global eTelecom, the national leader in Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) today announced the appointment of Justin Clark, CPA as the corporation's new Vice President of Finance. Clark joins Global eTelecom after serving as Senior Associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Prior to his joining Global eTelecom, Clark was Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, specializing in serving clients primarily in the Financial Services and Banking Industry. Among his duties at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Clark was directly responsible for audits, Quarterly 10Q Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, annual 10K SEC filings, annual loan review, risk analysis and consulting for publicly traded banks and financial services companies. Clark is graduate of Troy State University, holding a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. Clark also completed his graduate studies at Troy State University, earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Clark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; The Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants; and the Alabama Young Bankers Association. Clark also served on the Board of the Troy State University Accounting Advisory Committee, as well as the Board of the Greater Montgomery Area Chapter of the Troy State Alumni Association.
