Global eTelecom Appoints Douglas T. Ingram, Jr., CPA as Chief Financial Officer

Destin, Florida Global eTelecom, the national leader in Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) today announced the appointment of Douglas T. Ingram, Jr., CPA as Chief Financial Officer by the corporation's Board of Directors, after serving as the corporation's Chief Accounting Officer. The appointment is effective January 1, 2003.

"The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the promotion of Douglas Ingram as Chief Financial Officer of our company," states John H. Beebe, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Global eTelecom. "Doug has proven to be an extremely valuable asset to our executive management team the last year while serving as our Chief Accounting Officer. With Doug Ingram's background, experience and skill, it was a natural fit for him to come in and assume the responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer. Doug is another piece of the puzzle which is enabling our corporation to sustain our continuous growth in a orderly, successful manner, and a further reflection of all of the employees of our company working together for the good of the whole to achieve success" adds Beebe. Gregory S. Oswalt, who served as Chief Financial Officer since the corporation's inception until Douglas Ingram's appointment, will remain as the corporation's Secretary and Treasurer, after serving as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of the corporation for the last few years.

Ingram earned both his degrees at Troy State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and later completed his graduate studies at Troy State University, earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Ingram is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ingram served as Secretary & Treasurer during 2000-2001 for the Montgomery Society of Certified Public Accountants; Vice President during 2001-2002 for the Montgomery Society of Certified Public Accountants; and served as a Council Member during 2001-2002 for the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Prior to joining Global eTelecom as Chief Accounting Officer, Ingram was Senior Accountant at Wilson, Price, Barranco, Billingsley and Blankenship in Montgomery, Alabama.
