Global eTelecom Announces Election of James Ronald "Ron" Williams to the Corporation's Board of Directors
Destin, Florida Global eTelecom, the national leader in Electronic Check Conversion (ECC) today announced the election of James Ronald "Ron" Williams to the corporation's Board of Directors. Ron Williams will continue to serve as the Corporation's President in addition to his new election to the Board.

Gregory S. Oswalt, who served as Secretary and Treasurer of the corporation was not re-elected to the Board for an additional term. Michael R. Varley, who has served on the Board of Directors since the inception of corporation was elected the as the corporation's Secretary and Treasurer, after serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
