Pete Karcher is the Vice President of Information Technology for Global eTelecom. He oversees all system development, network administration and security compliance. He joined the company in 2002 as a Senior Developer with more than 20 years of experience and was instrumental in the development of eMagnus version 2.0, the company's key software platform. He was promoted to Director of IT in 2005 and Vice President in 2006.
Mr. Karcher was formerly an independent software consultant working with such Fortune 500 companies as Marriott, Freddie Mac, and Exxon/Mobil in the Washington, D.C. area for more than 10 Years.
Prior to his consulting job, Mr. Karcher held various software development positions with a number of marketing research companies and defense contractors. His first job out of college was with the U.S. Census Bureau as a Mathematical Statistician.
Mr. Karcher holds a B.S. in Statistics from the University of Florida and resides in the Niceville area with his wife, Cindy, and their three children.
