Noble Wyninegar is the Vice President of Finance for Global eTelecom. Wyninegar's responsibilities include Risk Management, Collections, and monitoring of all Merchant Administration responsibilities, including Profit/Loss, Credit/Debits and all adjustments on merchant accounts.
Wyninegar was formerly employed with American General Auto Finance, a division of American General Corporation, a FORTUNE 500 company (NYSE: AGC), which specializes in sub-prime consumer, automotive, mortgage loans nationwide. Wyninegar's responsibilities included Head of Underwriting, Branch Operations, and Profit & Loss control. One of Wyninegar's greatest achievements was being awarded "Best Operator" of the year 1996. This is an honor shared by few, and exemplifies remarkable achievements in risk management and branch operational control.
Prior to American General, Mr. Wyninegar held a similar position with Mercury Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: MFCN). It was here that Wyninegar managed a $9.8 million sub-prime auto and consumer portfolio maintaining total delinquencies below 7%.
Wyninegar holds a B.S. in Finance & Management from the University of West Florida and has resided in the Fort Walton Beach area for over 15 years with his wife, Karen, and their two dogs.
